Putting Arc Media Release 9-16-19
Congratulations to the European team for their exciting win at the Solheim Cup last weekend, and to the classy job by captains Catriona Matthew and Julie Inkster. The sportsmanship displayed by both teams sets a great example for golf fans around the world. An extremely high level golf was played under very difficult conditions before a knowledgeable and respectful gallery of European and American spectators. It was fun to hear the noise and singing before each shot and then be able to hear a pin drop as the player was hitting, no matter if she were European or American! Of the 26 contestants and captains, at least half are known past or present Putting Arc users.
Congratulations to Kevin Chappell for his round of 59 at the Greenbrier Classic last weekend. This great round included a PGA Tour record tying nine birdies in a row.
Congratulations also to Jerry Kelly for his second win this year on the PGATour Champions at Ally Challenge at Warwick Hills CC in Grand Blanc, MI. 9 of the top 11 finishers at this tournament are known past or present Putting Arc users.
